Marketing and Communications Manager

General Objectives & Tasks:

Manage marketing, communications and overall Marcom departmental activities across the overall mission:

  • Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with the organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop marketing and communication plans for the organizational activities (Centers, Programs, Business Units, Projects, and Departments) within budget requirements.
  • Manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plans and budgets.
  • Assess current aec’s communication position and identify targeted audience, and set the proper tone and communication channels for the organizational activities.
  • Develop, update and institutionalize a marketing and communication manual, in addition to a brand standard guide for the overall mission activities.
  • Collaborate with all departments, centers, and programs to identify marketing and communications needs.
  • Develop and conduct market research for setting national and regional marketing and communications priorities and strategies.
  • Manage external vendor’s relationship to update and develop the content of the website and other organizational media and platforms.
  • Maintain high end client relationships to optimize sales engagement processes.
  • Ensure all the organization’s products, services, and other offerings conform to the brand identity.
  • Manage the Marcom team while ensuring milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Analyze data to improve marketing and communications capabilities.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report marketing and communications activities, and come up with new initiatives and recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
  • Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners for joint marketing activities.

  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
  • Have a good understanding of social media and the impact technology is having on communications and collaboration.

  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage and deliver projects from start to end.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday, from 09:00 Am till 05:00 Pm.

Contract Type: 1 year(Renewable).
