General Objectives & Tasks:
Manage marketing, communications and overall Marcom departmental activities across the overall mission:
- Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with the organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop marketing and communication plans for the organizational activities (Centers, Programs, Business Units, Projects, and Departments) within budget requirements.
- Manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plans and budgets.
- Assess current aec’s communication position and identify targeted audience, and set the proper tone and communication channels for the organizational activities.
- Develop, update and institutionalize a marketing and communication manual, in addition to a brand standard guide for the overall mission activities.
- Collaborate with all departments, centers, and programs to identify marketing and communications needs.
- Develop and conduct market research for setting national and regional marketing and communications priorities and strategies.
- Manage external vendor’s relationship to update and develop the content of the website and other organizational media and platforms.
- Maintain high end client relationships to optimize sales engagement processes.
- Ensure all the organization’s products, services, and other offerings conform to the brand identity.
- Manage the Marcom team while ensuring milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
- Analyze data to improve marketing and communications capabilities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report marketing and communications activities, and come up with new initiatives and recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
- Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners for joint marketing activities.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday, from 09:00 Am till 05:00 Pm.
