Main Responsibility:
The Administrator main responsibility is to carry out the coordination of resources and completion of administrative functions for the organization.
Job Nature and Scope:
The administrative senior officer tasks entails office management and the coordination of resources and completion of administrative functions for the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating organization's administration system and general workflows.
- Supervise administrative team and ensure daily office tasks are completed seamlessly.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Control correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Work closely with upper management to discuss the office needs.
- Host office meeting.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks, such as drafting letters, memos, and reports, arranging travel and accommodations, and managing the executive's agenda.
- Maintain the executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, and other events
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Pay monthly payroll.
- Update financial position.
- Preparation of fund proposals.
- Updating Social media platforms on regular basis.
- Assist in preparing budgets and ensuring compliance with government regulations and requirements.
- Prepare end of year financial reports.

Desirable Qualifications
- University degree (BusinessAdministartion Major).
- Knowledge of French is a plus

- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
