Responsibilities

  • Prepare breakfast, lunches and dinners, according to pre-set menus
  • Ensure food quality control by regular tasting and spot checks
  • Ensure that all hygiene rules and regulations are well implemented, including storage, expiry dates…
  • Ensure adequate storage of received raw material; performs spot checks on fridges and stocks

Qualifications

  • Experience in cooking Lebanese food
  • Reading English is a plus
