Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast, lunches and dinners, according to pre-set menus
- Ensure food quality control by regular tasting and spot checks
- Ensure that all hygiene rules and regulations are well implemented, including storage, expiry dates…
- Ensure adequate storage of received raw material; performs spot checks on fridges and stocks
Qualifications
- Experience in cooking Lebanese food
- Reading English is a plus
