Outsourcing Coordinator

  • Responsible for the management of the outsourcing team and coordinating the entire process of all outsourced employees.
  • Documenting and resolving all issues related to the seconded staff.
  • Recording staff leaves accordingly and ensuring no leave overlapping.
  • Answering employee’s requests and questions.
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Preparing contracts, NSSF documents, and employment letters.
  • Handling mobilization process of foreign employees.
  • Training for new staff in the outsourcing and Recruitment department.
  • Establishing a professional relationship with the outsourcing clients, staff and consultants.
  • Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of outsourced staff salary and overtime.
  • Respond to all client request in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear communication with staff and clients.
  • Ensure efficiency of all admin processes and procedures
  • Maintain constant and consistent relationship with all clients.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct.
