- Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have:
- Certification as a trainer in Integral Security and Wellbeing or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in skills and techniques related to emotional, physical, and mental safety and security.
- Knowledge and mastery of self-care and stress management methods for promoting mental, physical, and emotional health.
- Familiarity with Capacitor techniques and peacebuilding skills or concepts is highly recommended.
- Target Audience: The ISW skills and methods should be designed to address the needs of:
- Women in communities, particularly those in vulnerable categories.
- Women's rights defenders.
- Women working on the front lines in feminist or humanitarian organizations.
- Scope of Work: The selected trainer will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering ISW training session tailored to the specific needs of the target audience.
- Providing practical skills and techniques for responding to threats in daily life, at home, workplace, or within the community.
- Incorporating Capacitor techniques and peacebuilding skills into the training curriculum.
- Developing and delivering self-care and stress management methods that can be practiced regularly to enhance overall wellbeing.
- Logistics and Resources: The organization will provide the necessary logistical support, including venue arrangements, training materials, and any required audio-visual equipment.
- Evaluation and Feedback: The trainer will work closely with the organization to collect feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to the training content based on the evaluation results.
