Administration Officer for a local NGO with a requirement for Admin. Work /Accounting /Digital marketing.

    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth functioning of daily operations.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
    • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Process invoices, expense claims, and reimbursements, and reconcile financial transactions.
    • Assist with budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and providing financial reports as needed.
    • Support fundraising activities by preparing grant applications, donor reports, and sponsorship proposals.
    • Utilize digital marketing techniques to promote the NGO's initiatives across various online platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
