Trainer for Digital Marketing Workshop

Scope of Work:

• Conduct a full session of digital marketing workshops for beneficiaries who have completed the skills building cycles.
• The workshop session will cover various aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to:

 Introduction to Digital Marketing
 Social Media Marketing
 Content Marketing

• The session will be interactive, incorporating lectures, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
• The duration of each session is arround 6 hours and  will be determined based on the complexity of the topic and the interactive nature of the session.

Deliverables:
 Detailed agenda and curriculum for each workshop session, including learning objectives, topics to be covered, and activities planned.
 Conducting engaging and interactive workshop sessions as per the agreed-upon schedule.
 Providing post-workshop resources and materials to participants for further reference and learning.
 Submitting a final report summarizing the workshop outcomes, participant feedback, and recommendations for future training initiatives.

Selection of Participants:
 Participants for the workshops will be selected from beneficiaries who have completed the skills building cycles and expressed interest in enhancing their entrepreneurship and marketing skills.

 Each workshop session will accommodate a group size of 20 to 30 attendees to ensure effective participation and interaction.

Evaluation:
 The effectiveness of the workshops will be evaluated based on participant feedback, knowledge retention, and the application of learned concepts in real-world scenarios.
 Continuous feedback mechanisms will be implemented to assess the quality and relevance of workshop content and delivery.
