Expression Through Art Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Design and develop a training program that includes activities such as drawing, using films, theater, role-playing, clay modeling, relaxation, and meditation techniques.
• Workshop Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of tools and methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Material Preparation: Prepare and organize necessary materials for the workshop, including projectors, flip charts, colors, sticky notes, clay, newspapers, and glue.
• Participant Engagement: Encourage and support participants in creating expressive outcomes that emphasize emotional exploration.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of the workshop through participant feedback and continuously improve the program based on these insights.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of workshop activities and prepare detailed reports on outcomes.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role, with a focus on arts and emotional expression.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to design and implement effective and creative training programs.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
