Key Responsabilites and Duties:
- Work in close cooperation with Safadi Foundation team to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate policies and procedures
- Assist the Program Manager in developing project plans
- Assist the team in preparing monthly team meetings
- Supervise departments and report to programs’ manager regularly
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports
- Prepare and submit annual reports to the programs’ manager
- Represent the foundation in external meetings and conferences as directed by the programs’ manager
- Contribute in proposal writing process
- Communicate the progress of all programs/projects with the departments
- Supervise the weekly work plan, schedule of activities of the foundation
- Coordinate and attend meetings, preparing agendas and minutes as required
- Maintain organized project files and records
- Provide administrative support
- Any other tasks assigned by the management that aims to maintain work quality
