Program Management Assistant

Key Responsabilites and Duties: 
 

  1. Work in close cooperation with Safadi Foundation team to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate policies and procedures
  2. Assist the Program Manager in developing project plans
  3. Assist the team in preparing monthly team meetings
  4. Supervise departments and report to programs’ manager regularly
  5. Prepare and distribute regular project status reports
  6. Prepare and submit annual reports to the programs’ manager
  7. Represent the foundation in external meetings and conferences as directed by the programs’ manager
  8. Contribute in proposal writing process
  9. Communicate the progress of all programs/projects with the departments
  10. Supervise the weekly work plan, schedule of activities of the foundation
  11. Coordinate and attend meetings, preparing agendas and minutes as required
  12. Maintain organized project files and records
  13. Provide administrative support
  14. Any other tasks assigned by the management that aims to maintain work quality
