Waiter Course Trainer

  • Curriculum Development:

    • Design lesson plans and training materials to cover a wide range of topics, including food and beverage service, customer service, table setting, and wine knowledge.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both theoretical and practical.
    • Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures for serving food and beverages.
    • Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees.
  • Skill Assessment:
    • Evaluate trainees' performance through practical assessments and written tests.
    • Identify areas for improvement and provide targeted feedback.
  • Mentorship and Coaching:
    • Offer ongoing mentorship and coaching to trainees to help them develop their skills and confidence.
    • Provide guidance on career advancement opportunities and industry trends.
  • Industry Partnerships:
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and establishments.
    • Organize industry visits and guest speaker sessions to expose trainees to real-world experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine training programs to meet evolving industry needs.
