Program's Assistant at Socio-Economic Justice Initiative - MAAN

Main Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Program's coordinator in the planning, implementing, and monitoring program activities.
    • Provide administrative support to programs, to ensure smooth program operations.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to program activities.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program progress and outcomes.
    • Engage with program stakeholders, including partners, beneficiaries, and donors.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
    • Prepare regular progress reports and other required documentation for donors and stakeholders.
    • Assist in planning and organizing program-related events, workshops, and meetings.
    • Ensure logistical arrangements are in place for successful event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related feild).
  • At least 1 year of experience in program management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
