Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program's coordinator in the planning, implementing, and monitoring program activities.
- Provide administrative support to programs, to ensure smooth program operations.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to program activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program progress and outcomes.
- Engage with program stakeholders, including partners, beneficiaries, and donors.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
- Prepare regular progress reports and other required documentation for donors and stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and organizing program-related events, workshops, and meetings.
- Ensure logistical arrangements are in place for successful event execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related feild).
- At least 1 year of experience in program management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
