Field Officer

Planning and implementation: 

 

  • Organize all workshops and activities required in the project.
  • Will be the focal point between Mousawat and the partner
  • Ensure that all activities are done in an appropriate location in line with minimum standards.
  • Ensure that all beneficiaries are aware of any Feedback and Complaint Mechanism.
  • Ensure any specific organization assessment tools are implemented where applicable.
  • Ensure the use of good facilitation skills that make the beneficiaries feel comfortable and enhance their participation and personal development.
  • Ensure that beneficiaries are not exposed to any form of harm or stress during the activity and that they feel safe and respected.
  •  Ensure participation of beneficiaries in the program in a non-discriminatory, and gender-sensitive appropriate approach.
  •  Respect and Abid by the organization's internal code of conduct and child protection/safeguarding policy.

 

Reporting and referral

· Report any medium/high-risk cases to the project manager who will then refer them to the appropriate pathways.

· Submit monthly reports to the project manager, and any other report when requested

Other responsibilities as requested by Line Manager.

 

Requirements:

At least 1-year experience working in a similar position

Have experience working with women and adolescent girls.

Strong facilitation and organizational skills

Motivated and able to work in a team

Strong interpersonal skill

Excellent communication skills (including active listening)
