The Digital Media Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing digital media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence, brand visibility, and engagement with target audiences.
1. Main Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with the NO2TA’s goals and brand identity.
- Social Media Management: Managing and curating content for various Digital media platforms, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance metrics.
- SEO and SEM: Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and managing paid search advertising campaigns (SEM).
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing digital media performance and audience sentiment and preparing reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring digital media campaigns, including email marketing, digital media advertising, and content marketing.
- Brand Management: Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest digital trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (optional) in digital marketing, business administration, or a related field can be an added advantage.
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proven Track Record Demonstrated success in managing and executing digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Creative Skills: Strong content creation and graphic design skills; familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
