Digital Media Manager

The Digital Media Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing digital media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence, brand visibility, and engagement with target audiences.

1. Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with the NO2TA’s goals and brand identity.
  • Social Media Management: Managing and curating content for various Digital media platforms, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and managing paid search advertising campaigns (SEM).
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing digital media performance and audience sentiment and preparing reports to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring digital media campaigns, including email marketing, digital media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest digital trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  1. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree (optional) in digital marketing, business administration, or a related field can be an added advantage.
  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proven Track Record Demonstrated success in managing and executing digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative Skills: Strong content creation and graphic design skills; familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
