Catering Requirements
1. In-door Training Days:
6 Days: For 40–50 person
4 Days: For 25–30 person
Each day should include:
Morning Coffee Break: Coffee, tea, juices, bottled water and light snacks.
Lunch Break: A lunch meal (meat, chicken, fish), vegetarian options, salads, bottled water and refreshment.
2. Field Days:
2 Days: For 25–30 person
Meals Required:
Breakfast: A Typical Lebanese breakfast (Mankoshi, Kanfee,..) bottled water, Juice.
Lunch: Hot or Cold Sandwiches, bottled water juice.

How to Apply
Proposal Requirements
Please submit your proposal to the following email: FARHAgho@gmail.com with the following details:
- Company’s legal documents: company registration and/or MOF registration
- Acknowledgment of the total number of days and meal requirements.
- A proposed menu for each day illustrating a detailed menu and dishes presented (coffee breaks, lunch for indoor and breakfast and lunch proposition for the field days).
- The Budget for the whole proposal and as well the cost per person.
- The budget includes delivery charges to Aley GHO head office for the indoor training and to Rechmaya and Mejdlaya for the 2 field days.
- The Budget should include all needed disposables (napkins, dishes, spoons, forks, wipes, cups, …)
