Catering Requirements

1. In-door Training Days:

6 Days: For 40–50 person

4 Days: For 25–30 person

Each day should include:

Morning Coffee Break: Coffee, tea, juices, bottled water and light snacks.

Lunch Break: A lunch meal (meat, chicken, fish), vegetarian options, salads, bottled water and refreshment.

2. Field Days:

2 Days: For 25–30 person

Meals Required:

Breakfast: A Typical Lebanese breakfast (Mankoshi, Kanfee,..) bottled water, Juice.

Lunch: Hot or Cold Sandwiches, bottled water juice.

How to Apply

Proposal Requirements

Please submit your proposal to the following email: FARHAgho@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Company’s legal documents: company registration and/or MOF registration
  2. Acknowledgment of the total number of days and meal requirements.
  3. A proposed menu for each day illustrating a detailed menu and dishes presented (coffee breaks, lunch for indoor and breakfast and lunch proposition for the field days).
  4. The Budget for the whole proposal and as well the cost per person.
  5. The budget includes delivery charges to Aley GHO head office for the indoor training and to Rechmaya and Mejdlaya for the 2 field days.
  6. The Budget should include all needed disposables (napkins, dishes, spoons, forks, wipes, cups, …)
