Vehicle Auction Terms and Conditions – “As-Is, Where-Is” Sale -selling of two Toyota Avanza's

Right To Play is organizing an auction for the sale of its vehicles on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Interested individuals, companies, or NGOs are invited to participate by inspecting the vehicles and submitting their bids. Inspections are by appointment only — please contact the number below to schedule your visit.

Rules to Apply / قواعد التقديم
 Each vehicle will be evaluated and awarded separately.

 Bidders may apply for one or multiple vehicles.

 A deposit of 200 USD must be paid to confirm participation.

o If the bid is unsuccessful, the deposit will be refunded within 15 days of
the auction closing date.

o If the bid is successful, the deposit will be refunded after vehicle
ownership is transferred.

 Right To Play reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without
providing justification.
