المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

النقل

• نقل الموظفين المصرح لهم والزوار والبضائع بطريقة آمنة وفي الوقت المناسب وبمهنية عالية.
• ضمان تقديم خدمات نقل سلسة وفعالة وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
• الالتزام بقوانين السير الوطنية وحدود السرعة وأنظمة السلامة المرورية في جميع الأوقات.

صيانة المركبة والسلامة

• إجراء فحوصات يومية للمركبة المخصصة، بما في ذلك الإطارات، الزيت، الوقود، المكابح، جهاز الراديو/الاتصال، وقطع الغيار الاحتياطية.
• التأكد من نظافة المركبة وتزويدها بالوقود وجاهزيتها الفنية.
• الإبلاغ فورًا إلى المدير المباشر عن أي عطل ميكانيكي أو حادث أو ضرر.

الأمن والامتثال

• ضمان سلامة وأمن جميع الركاب أثناء التنقل.
• معرفة والالتزام الصارم بقواعد الأمن المتعلقة بحركة المركبات، بما في ذلك القواعد المطبقة عند نقاط التفتيش والحواجز والحدود الجمركية.
• التأكد من إبلاغ جميع الركاب بقواعد السلامة والأمن والتزامهم بها.

التوثيق وإعداد التقارير

• التأكد من أن جميع مستندات المركبة (التسجيل، التأمين، التصاريح) سارية المفعول وموجودة في المركبة في جميع الأوقات.
• التأكد من وجود رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول داخل المركبة.
• إبلاغ المدير المباشر دون تأخير عن أي حادث يتعلق بنقل الركاب و/أو البضائع.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

• رخصة قيادة لبنانية (عمومي)  سارية المفعول.
• خبرة مثبتة كسائق، ويفضل أن تكون مع منظمة غير حكومية أو مؤسسة.
• معرفة جيدة بالطرق المحلية وأنظمة المرور.
• التزام مثبت بالسلامة والسرية والسلوك المهني.

خط الإشراف

يرفع السائق تقاريره مباشرة إلى مشرف اللوجستيات أو العمليات.

4. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Transportation

• Transport authorized staff, visitors, and goods in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure smooth and efficient transportation services in line with assigned schedules.
• Respect national traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations at all times.

Vehicle Maintenance and Safety

• Conduct daily checks of the assigned vehicle, including tires, oil, fuel, brakes, radio/communication equipment, and spare parts.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Immediately report any mechanical issue, accident, or damage to the line manager.

Security and Compliance

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers during transportation.
• Know and strictly respect security rules related to vehicle movements, including those applicable at checkpoints, roadblocks, and customs.
• Ensure that all passengers are informed of and comply with safety and security rules.

Documentation and Reporting

• Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permits) are valid and kept in the vehicle at all times.
• Ensure the driver’s valid driving license is available in the vehicle.
• Inform the line manager of any incident involving the transportation of passengers and/or goods without delay.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Public Lebanese driving license.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably with an NGO or organization.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
• Reporting Line

• The Driver reports directly to the Logistics or Operations Supervisor.
