Short Bio
As a Partnerships and Grants Consultant with a strong background in Program Direction and Evaluation, I currently work independently across two main consultancy streams: proposal writing and external evaluation. I specialize in designing compelling proposals and developing fundraising strategies for NGOs and international institutions, while also conducting in-depth evaluations for UN agencies and donor-funded programs.
My proposal writing consultancy builds on years of experience in donor engagement and strategic fundraising. I support organizations in identifying funding opportunities, designing program logic, and preparing full applications — from concept notes to detailed budgets. My portfolio includes over 70 proposals written for international donors, with a high success rate across sectors such as socio-economic development, agriculture, education, culture, and interreligious dialogue.
As an external evaluator, I have recently led evaluations for FAO and FSVC, conducting stakeholder mapping, key informant interviews, and drafting mid-term and final reports. My work contributes to learning, accountability, and improved programming for complex, multi-country projects funded by the EU, USAID, and UN agencies.
Until May 2025, I served as Partnerships and Grants Manager at Adyan Foundation, where I led the Development and International Relations department. Prior to that, I was Program Director and Head of M&E at the René Moawad Foundation, managing large-scale donor-funded programs and municipal capacity-building initiatives across Lebanon.
A certified Monitoring and Evaluation National Trainer (MSI/USAID), I bring over 20 years of experience in program development, evaluation, and strategic partnerships across the MENA region.

Experience with the Civil Society
My experience in civil society spans over two decades and covers a wide spectrum of roles—from grassroots coordination to program leadership and national-level strategy. I began my journey working with farmers, women cooperatives, and local communities, helping to establish what became Lebanon’s most sustainable farmers’ market. Over the years, I took on increasingly strategic roles, including Program Director at the René Moawad Foundation and currently as Partnerships and Grants Manager at Adyan Foundation. I've developed and led projects funded by the EU, USAID, UNDP, and other major donors, focusing on socio-economic development, interreligious dialogue, capacity building, and humanitarian response. I’ve worked closely with municipalities, unions, and civil society networks, contributing to initiatives that strengthened local governance, promoted social cohesion, and created job opportunities. My fieldwork is always grounded in dialogue with communities, and I remain committed to civil society as a vehicle for sustainable and inclusive change.
