About

Farah Foundation is a non-governmental and nonprofit organization, committed to the International human rights law and International humanitarian law and abides by their provisions; founded in 1988 and registered in Lebanon under number 320/20.
Farah supports best practice in community development and is recognized by the Lebanese Government as a national NGO for community development Socio-Economic level.
Vision:Farah's vision is prosperous communities in which everyone can enjoy secure and sustainable livelihoods and fulfill their potential, where no one is left behind.
Mission:Farah's mission is supporting best practices to achieve sustainable community development through supporting all socio-economic development and poverty alleviation efforts ensuring sustainable use of resources, and mainstreaming minorities; issues especially youth, women, people with disabilities, elderly and refugees, in the programming process based on a community driven approach.
