General objectives & tasks:
1- Handle administrative requests and assist in daily office needs within the social unit:
- Handle administrative tasks requested from the direct supervisor.
- Organize and schedule appointments as requested.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain contact lists, enter and organize data on Excel sheets.
- Update and maintain policies and procedures.

- Good writing skills in English and French

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday from 8:00 am till 2:00 pm
