M&E Officer - Consultant

The BBA is currently implementing the “Legal Assistance to GBV Survivors” project which is part of the ‘Expertise France - Women Empowerment Hub in Lebanon (WE-HUB),’ financed by the Neighborhood, Development, and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI-Global Europe) under the European Commission. This project aims to establish and operationalize a specialized legal assistance mechanism within the BBA to improve access to justice for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV). The project combines legal aid provision, capacity building, and strengthened coordination with GBV service providers to ensure a survivor-centered and integrated response.


Within this framework, the BBA aims to engage an M&E Officer to monitor the project progress and ensure the project activities and results are systematically tracked and documented.

The M&E Officer will be responsible for the reporting processes and data collection and analysis in line with the project requirements.

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and in close coordination with the Project Team, the M&E Officer will:
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools and systems
- Collect, compile, and analyze project data, in coordination with the project team
- Track progress against indicators and targets
- Support data consolidation and reporting processes
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project data

The M&E Officer will ensure 6 working days per month.
