The PSS officer is responsible for the smooth implementation of projects and activities, human resources on the field
DUTIES
- Supervise and evaluate PSS activities on the field including: life skill trainings and recreational activities
- Conduct impact evaluations on a quarterly basis
- Contribute to establishing and implementing operational work plans, setting clear targets and activity plans for ongoing project for the PSS component
- Develop and follow up on the implementation of the work plan related to PSS
- Contribute in ongoing field assessments and data collection as required
- Follow up on the recruitment of trainers and payment cycles
- Collaborate with partners and other agencies when required
- Ensure quality implementation of the PSS activities through regular visits to the centers
- Ensure that data is accurately collected on a daily/weekly and monthly basis and reflective of the projects indicators
- Monthly/weekly Reporting to the protection officer
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients, staff and agency information
- Ensure proper referrals between social/community services

ACADEMIC EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree in social work, social science or any relevant field
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with NGO
