Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Support:
- Assist in the procurement cycle, including collecting quotations, preparing purchase orders, processing payments, and related functions.
- Support market studies, tenders, Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and creation of supplier databases.
- Ensure all procurement documents comply with COOPI procedures (e.g., supplier stamp, signature).
- Archive purchase files following organizational rules and procedures.
Fleet Management Support:
- Support fleet management to ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary items and documents.
- Monitor fuel limits and maintain vehicle logs (log-book, maintenance log, oil log) and other fleet templates.
- Asset and Inventory Management:
- Assist in conducting physical inventories of assets, furniture, and IT equipment.
- Track maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and assets.
- Support preparation of monthly reports on fuel consumption and phone bills.
General Administrative Support:
- Manage archiving of purchase folders in both soft and hard copy formats.
- Assist the logistician with other logistics and procurement services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
Allowance:
Monthly Food & transport allowance is 250$
