Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Manage the daily operations of the NGO, ensuring smooth functioning of programs, administration, and support services.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of all departments (e.g., Programs, Finance, HR, Communications, Fundraising, Research).
- Monitor progress on organizational goals, providing regular updates to the CEO and Board.
- Lead internal meetings to align priorities, troubleshoot challenges, and foster collaboration.
Strategic Support
- Translate the CEO’s vision and strategic priorities into actionable operational plans.
- Assist in developing and implementing organizational policies, systems, and processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO, Board of Directors, and donors.
Representation & External Relations
- Represent the NGO at conferences, working groups, donor meetings, and media events when delegated by the CEO.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, international organizations, and community stakeholders.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure effective budget management, compliance, and accountability.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts by supporting proposal development and donor reporting.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and donor requirements.
People & Culture
- Supervise department heads and ensure effective team performance and staff development.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven work culture.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and capacity-building of staff.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Arabic required, French a plus).
• Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of the NGO.
