SUPERVISOR: Grace Ghareeb – HR Manager
DURATION: 2 Months
JOB SUMMARY: The HR intern will be working closely with HR team to support them on daily HR procedures, this includes proper backup, updating systems and keeping all records up to date.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
Comply with IMC’s HR policies and procedures
Introduction to IMC Standards pertaining Job Files, Personnel Files & Employee Checklist and all other HR documents
Organizing and keeping track of personnel documents
Working on the filing system (recruitment documents, personnel documents, job files, timesheets…)
Following up on the related clerical aspects of the HR Department such as personnel request forms, Salary paper requests, Vacation calculation…
Providing general administrative and clerical support to the HR Team members as needed.
Ensure that all staff receives IMC Terms of Employment, Code of conduct and other related documents, sign and return for proper filing
Working on data cleaning for the current HR system.
Keep all HR documents Updated in addition to other tasks as requested by the HR Manager.
