Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 10 Student Support Coordinators.
- Guide students through admissions, documentation, interviews, visas, and relocation processes.
- Monitor student application progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate professionally with students, universities, embassies, and partner institutions.
- Manage student enquiries through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Support complex or escalated student cases.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and team development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student support, admissions, customer service, NGO support work, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools is preferred.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and student-centred approach.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience is an advantage.
