Call for Video production

KAFA (enough) Violence & Exploitation is seeking a professional videographer to produce a 1-2 minute video documenting an event. The video will be used for social media and awareness campaigns.

Project Scope:

1. Filming Requirements

Locations:

  • Option A: 1 day of filming at one location in Beirut or Mount Lebanon.
  • Option B: 1 day of filming across multiple locations 

Shooting Details:

  • Coverage of event activities (e.g., speeches, workshops, participant interactions).
  • Vox Pop Interviews: Short, on-the-spot interviews with 5-10 attendees (optional add-on; quote separately).
  • Expected filming duration: 6-8 hours.

2. Editing & Deliverables

Final Video:

  • Length: 1-2 minutes (dynamic pacing, highlights-focused).
  • Editing style: Clean, professional, with simple graphics (e.g., text overlays for quotes/statistics, subtle transitions, logo integration).
  • Format: High-resolution (1080p or 4K) in MP4/MOV.

Additional Requirements:

  • Subtitles in English (subtitles to be provided after first draft).
  • 3 rounds of revisions included in the quote

Option A: 1 Location

- Day rate for filming (specify hours included).
- Editing cost per minute of final video.

Option B: Multiple Locations

- Day rate for filming (include transportation between locations).
- Editing cost per minute.

Vox Pop Interviews

  • Cost per interview (filming + editing).
  • Specify max number of interviews/day

 

Submission Requirements

Applicants must include the following in their proposal:

Portfolio:

  • Links or PDF samples of previously produced videos.
  • Examples of graphics/text overlay work.

Technical Proposal:

  • Equipment used

Financial Proposal:

  • Total cost for Option A and Option B (separately).
  • Vox Pop pricing (if applicable).

Timeline:

  • Turnaround time for first draft and final video.
