- The consultant is responsible for providing direct support to the Project Manager , including developing and maintaining M&E frameworks for GBV project;
- Act as a focal point for quantitative and qualitative monitoring throughout the project cycle, including undertaking regular field visits to support M&E GBV activities;
- Such other tasks as needed for effective implementation of the project
- Lead the development of an M&E plan and implement the daily/weekly/monthly work plan project and monitor and report back on progress against this plan;
- Work with project staff to ensure that M&E activities are integrated into project designs and sufficiently budgeted for;
- Through training and accompaniment, build knowledge and skills of staff in monitoring and evaluation methods and tools including logical frameworks, data collection, data analysis and result-oriented programming;
- Ensure that staff are implementing best practice;
