Communication & Advocacy Officer

 

DUTIES:

  • Set up and optimize LECORVAW online pages within each platform in order to increase the visibility and awareness of LECORVAW social activities and services
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily/frequent content such as engaging text, images or videos that builds meaningful connections and attracts community members
  • Create and update editorial schedules and calendars in order to edit the platforms content at the optimal time
  • Work closely with other departments on defining the most important social media KPIs and coordinating actions
  • Keep up-to-date with social media and digital technology trends and best practices
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns while respecting LECORVAW Media strategies and guidelines
  • Evaluate and measure the success and performance of every social media campaign
  • Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
