Communication & Advocacy Officer

DUTIES:

Set up and optimize LECORVAW online pages within each platform in order to increase the visibility and awareness of LECORVAW social activities and services

Generate, edit, publish and share daily/frequent content such as engaging text, images or videos that builds meaningful connections and attracts community members

Create and update editorial schedules and calendars in order to edit the platforms content at the optimal time

Work closely with other departments on defining the most important social media KPIs and coordinating actions

Keep up-to-date with social media and digital technology trends and best practices

Set and implement social media and communication campaigns while respecting LECORVAW Media strategies and guidelines

Evaluate and measure the success and performance of every social media campaign

Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests in a timely manner

Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
