Wax-Making Trainer

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver eight hands-on training sessions on wax-making using simple materials and tools.
• Teach techniques related to melting, coloring, scenting, and safely shaping wax products.
• Ensure sessions are inclusive and culturally sensitive, and tailored to the skill level of participants.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in wax product creation (e.g., candle-making).

• Prior experience leading workshops or vocational training preferred.

• Basic understanding of GBV and PSEA principles.

• Good communication and facilitation skills.

• Ability to engage respectfully and effectively with women and youth.
