Main Role
The Fleet Manager is responsible of developing maintenance quality standards for the EMS fleet and ensuring its application by the EMS stations and garages.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze, forecast and plan future maintenance requirements
- Ensure that vehicle maintenance is implemented at the right time, place, price and level of quality
- Monitor and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedule for EMS fleet
- Audit quality of repairs
- Supervise the major repair of ambulances: following major accidents/engine replacement.
- Produce evaluations of repair workshops
- Produce monthly and quarterly maintenance reports
- Contribute to the development of the EMS fleet management system
Function Specific Experience
- Experience in quality control and/or vehicle maintenance engineering experience
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Industry Related Experience
- Experience in similar volunteer-based organizations or humanitarian organizations
- Previous experience in the Lebanese Red Cross is an asset
