NRC Lebanon is opening its doors for an internship opportunity within the HR department in Beirut. Our intern programs are a great springboard to a future career within the nonprofit sector, it gives you the chance to hone your skills and gain practical experience needed for your future studies or work opportunities.
The NRC HR Intern is expected to work in accordance with the organization’s core values: dedication, innovation, inclusivity and accountability. These attitudes and believes shall guide our actions and relationships.
1. Role and responsibilities
Comply with NRC’s HR policies and procedures
Check staff Personnel files for Missing documents as per mandatory checklist
Request and file all needed documents for staff. Liaise with HR focal points in main office and fields
Create System for soft filing for HR related documents. Scan and file documents accordingly
Ensure that all staff receives NRC Terms of Employment, Code of conduct and other related documents, sign and return for proper filing
Follow up Trainings and ensure receiving training reports and attendance sheets to file properly.
Data entry for training evaluations and other HR data as per NRC procedures
Produce statistics and reports as requested and needed
Fulfill any other related tasks that may be assigned by the HR/Admin Manager
2. Competencies

Educational Background or Experience in HR/Administration field
