Social Media Management (Service Contract – 1 Year)
Background
To strengthen its digital presence, outreach, and engagement, Nusaned seeks to contract a Social Media Manager under a one-year service agreement.
The Social Media Manager will manage Nusaned’s social media platforms in line with a pre-approved communication, posting, and boosting plan.
Objective of the Assignment
The objective of this assignment is to:
- Increase Nusaned’s online visibility, reach, and engagement across social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent, professional, and mission-aligned digital communication.
Scope of Work
The Social Media Manager will:
- Manage Nusaned’s social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Website,
- or others as applicable).
- Develop and follow a pre-approved posting plan in coordination with Nusaned.
- Schedule and publish posts using approved content and visuals.
- Manage and implement paid boosting activities in line with an approved boosting plan and budget.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages when required, and flag sensitive issues to Nusaned.
- Coordinate with the Content Creator and Graphic Designer to ensure aligned messaging and visuals.
Deliverables
Over the one-year contract period, the Social Media Manager will deliver: ✅ Regular and timely posting in line with the agreed content plan
✅ Managed social media boosting campaigns as per approved plans
✅ Improved reach and engagement across platforms
✅ Monthly performance insights or summaries (reach, engagement, growth)
Duration of the Contract
The contract duration is 12 months from the date of signature.
Ownership and Usage Rights
All social media content and performance data generated under this contract will remain the property of Nusaned.
Profile of the Social Media Manager
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital communication
- Experience managing posting schedules and paid boosting
- Familiarity with NGO, humanitarian, or development communications is an asset
- Strong understanding of audience engagement and analytics
- Ability to work within structured plans and approval processes
