Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive communication plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop engaging content for various communication channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage the organization's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Work closely with program teams to highlight real stories, events, campaigns, and impact.
- Monitor and report social media performance (reach, engagement, growth) monthly.
- Support campaigns related to fundraising, prevention awareness, and volunteer outreach.
- Ensure all communications reflect Oum el Nour’s values and aligns with the organization's identity.
- Stay updated on trends in social impact communication and digital advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in NGOs or mission-driven organizations.
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion, empathy, and cultural awareness.
- Passion for social work, mental health, or substance use recovery is highly valued.
