Position: Assistant Project Manager

Report to: Project Manager and Country Director
Status: Fulltime

Purpose / Objectives:
Within the framework of TdH It’s activities for the Syrian crisis, and under the supervision of the Project Manager and the overall coordination of the Country Administrator, the incumbent will be responsible to assist in administrative, logistics & financial matters.
Responsibilities/duties
Ensuring the accountancy data entry and filing the financial supporting documentation
Procure assets according to donor and TdH It’s regulations
Translate projects’ related documents
Archiving and filing documents
Register (protocol) in/out correspondence
Translate documents related to project activities and administration
Update assets list and inventory
Any other task not listed here and necessary for the projects implementation.
Qualifications and requirements
Very good English and Arabic both written and spoken
At least two years of experience in Finance and Administration
University degree in Finance, Economics or Administration
Ability to organize and plan effectively
Computer literacy in Excel and Word
Ability to work in difficult conditions and under pressure
Honest, hard working and a self-motivated person
Ability to work within a team structure or in isolation, flexible, and cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources
Ability to travel to Tyr if needed
