Job Purpose
Oversee the Management of WFP Facilities Countrywide while Implementing Global Greening Emissions Standards and Promoting Staff Wellness
Key Responsibilities (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):
Within delegated authority and under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager and under the overall supervision of the Head of Administration:
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure the office is maintained in good condition
- Oversee hygiene standards in all WFP common premises
- Support in canteen operations, catering, and other services
- Arrange for refreshments for executive office meetings and office set-up
- In charge of replenishment of meeting supplies and inventory of food stock (including expiry dates)
Standard Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Completion of Secondary High School Degree.
Experience: At least two years of progressively responsible experience in office management, cleaning services supervision, and support to executive offices.
Language: Fluent in both oral and written communication in Arabic with Basic Knowledge in English language.
