Outreach Workers ToR
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance
of the Outreach Coordinator, the outreach workers should be able to:

Document internal and external reports.
·
Take initiative to
respond quickly to unexpected challenges.
·
Outreach participants through field
visits or via phone calls.
·
Data entry & validation.
·
Take part in conducting needs assessments
and filling surveys.
·
Distribute relevant materials and
educational kits if needed.
·
Conduct internal referrals.
·
Ensure the respect of
Child Protection Policy
·
Respect beneficiary confidentiality.
- Respect and promote
WCH Policies and report to their line manager any non-respect of WCH’s
policies amongst the teams - Address needs and
requests in a professional way - Report any incident
or act that causes any harm to beneficiary or to others. - Ability to interact
with children in the presence or the absence of their parents
Competencies
and Skills:
·
Good Communication and listening skills
especially because they are in direct contact with beneficiaries.
·
Good Computer skills (Microsoft Excel and
Word) since it is needed for reporting and data validation.
Personal Qualities:
·
Adaptation to specific working conditions
·
Sense of relationship and responsibility
·
Capacity to work in team and autonomously.
·
Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary and
multicultural team
·
Dynamism, high level of motivation
·
Interest for social work, disability field and
psychosocial field

Willingness to learn new skills and/or approaches.
