Youth Training Bootcamp covering 6 topics, 12 trainers in 1 location. Topics covers: Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Creativity, People Management and Body Language. This training is ideal for members who are newly joining the awareness workforce and/or want to be open to taking on activities that include children. This was originally planned as an internal training, but we decided to open it to any interested individuals.

This course covers monitoring and evaluation theory (including needs assessment, program theory assessment, evaluating the processes of a social and development initiative, outcomes assessment, impact assessment, and assessing the efficiency of a social initiative). Engaging with other people can be confusing, even at the best of times where communication is largely through text, and can easily be misunderstood. So what etiquette should you use in email to make the recipient feel comfortable, and to make sure you look professional?

In this context, the main purpose of etiquette is to show consideration for others. It provides anchor points to prove you're on the same page, and at least have some mutual understanding. In other words, etiquette is a subtle way of building rapport. 

Increasingly, it is being recognized that volunteering is a valuable resource and should be managed and supported as effectively as possible. By the end of this course, participants are expected to be able to; recruit and manage volunteers, develop policies and procedures for volunteers and identifying the volunteer motives, strengths and weaknesses.

GIZ ZFD in Lebanon and in collaboration with SALTO-Youth Euromed will be organizing the first Lebanese National Tool Fair "Hit the Road....Break the Code" from 29 June till 1st of July 2018. The tool fair will gather active Facilitators, Trainers, and Activists in Lebanon and will provide them with a space to share a tool they have created/developed under the topic of social cohesion.

2 days workshop, for persons with a journalistic experience and anyone working with refugees and migration, in particular those in communication or documentation, to reflect on your own perspectives, develop better understandings of migration in Lebanon, and find ways to do better reporting on the topic.

The Business Leadership Program introduces participants to various leadership skills and practices. It enables participants to examine the necessity of leadership, the effective tools to employ it, and the means of positively influencing others. The Program differentiates between managers and leaders and notes the significance of each to ensure success.
