Capacity building is fundamentally about improving effectiveness at personal and organizational levels.The program focuses on the advancement of the civil society in Lebanon and the region.
Participants are provided with working knowledge of managerial, financial, and vast organizational aspects of non-profits in society. Accordingly, two primary disciplines are adopted, the organizational planning for NGOs and the personal dynamics for the team members as agents of change.
The Community Mobilising Team of forumZFD Lebanon will be organising a Practitioner’s Exchange on Participation & Peaceful Change in Communities - Catalyzing Constructive Change Processes, Conflict Transformation & Empowerment in Fabrika, Achrafie, Beirut on December 3rd to 5th, 2018.
This event constitutes an opportunity for attendees to identify like-minded organisations and conceive potential collaborations, in order to strengthen civil society cooperation and synergies.
During two full days, using participatory and reflective methods, we will look at ourselves and our own experiences to see how they have shaped us as journalistic and civil society actors. This way, we will find ways to do better documentation and reporting on the topic of migration.
